Timothy W.I. Clark, MD is Professor of Clinical Radiology and Surgery at the Perelman School of Medicine of the University of Pennsylvania and Director of Interventional Radiology at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Clark founded the complex central venous recanalization and the percutaneous arteriovenous fistula programs at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as the multidisciplinary upper extremity arterial revascularization program for critical hand ischemia secondary to hemodialysis access.
